Galaxy S24 Gets Android 16-Based One UI 8 Stable Version

Samsung is now expanding its stable Android 16-based One UI 8 update to more Galaxy devices, and this time for the Galaxy S24 series, bringing many new features and notable upgrades.
Recently, Samsung rolled out the stable One UI 8 update for the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6, following the Galaxy S25series. Now the company is releasing the update for the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, and Galaxy S24 Ultra models in Korea. The update carries the firmware version S92xNKSU4CYI7.

The Galaxy S24 series was already a part of the One UI 8 beta program, under which it has already received three beta updates (One UI 8 beta 3) over the past few weeks. Now, it has received the stable version; currently, it is in Korea but is expected to be widely available soon.
Noticeably, there’s no major information regarding the future strategy of Samsung regarding when it will extend Galaxy S24’s One UI 8 update to other regions. Following the previous release patterns, it seems that the brand, after releasing a new One UI 8 update in Korea, offers it internationally within a day, at least to high-end devices.
The One UI 8 for the Galaxy S24 series brings upgraded UI elements and new features that offer enhanced camera, communication, health tracking, multitasking, productivity, security & privacy, and accessibility experiences. All of these new tweaks and improvements will enhance the overall UI experience to deliver better and seamless performance.
