Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra’s first live image surfaced online

Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra is highly anticipated to bring a new revolution in the smartphone market via its decent design, great specifications, advanced features, and more. Now, its real-life image is surfacing online.

Samsung will launch the next-generation flagship Galaxy S26 series in early 2026. Initially, the lineup was supposed to include four variants: Galaxy S26 Pro, Galaxy S26 Plus, Galaxy S26 Edge, and Galaxy S26 Ultra.

A recent report claims that the lineup will not include the Edge variant, as the company is considering to shutdown the Edge lineup completely due to the lower sales rate of the Galaxy S25 Edge.

Meanwhile, @tarunvats33 shared the first real-life image of the Galaxy S26 Ultra on its X handle. According to the shared image, the panel bump and camera rings significantly make the camera part thicker than the complete body.

The sensor-wide camera placement will remain the same in the Galaxy S26 Ultra. Samsung will place three sensors within the camera bump, and two dedicated rings will be retained, along with an LED flashlight in the middle.

The previously leaked detail regarding the upcoming Galaxy S26 Ultra camera revealed that it will feature an inferior 10MP telephoto camera with 3x zoom support alongside F/2.4 1/3.94” instead of the 12MP camera.

It’s expected that the Galaxy S26 Ultra could bring a possible camera downgrade. Recently, MCNEX has been added to the supplier list for the periscope camera module for the Galaxy S26 Ultra. It could feature a 50MP periscope camera with 5x optical zoom support, which was first introduced on the Galaxy S24 Ultra.
