Samsung is rolling out the November 2025 security update for the entire Galaxy ecosystem, and several devices have already received the update until now. Meanwhile, the company has started expanding the update for Galaxy S22 series owners, who have started getting it in even more countries.

Well, Samsung has already delivered the update for the Galaxy S22 lineup, but it was only limited to the company’s home country, South Korea, and now, the update seems to be widely rolling out in even more countries, while currently, the update has been spotted in the UAE.

Specifically, the latest firmware for the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, and Galaxy S22 Ultra has been identified with the S901EXXSCGYK2, S906EXXSCGYK2, and S908EXXSCGYK2 version numbers, respectively.

Well, the November 2025 security update, however, doesn’t bring any major features and changes, but it significantly packs a handful of fixes for all the security vulnerabilities and focuses on improving the device’s overall security, performance, and core functionality to provide a secure user experience, while also protecting the device against external threats or attacks.

At the same time, the update further adds stability and reliability to the entire system behavior, and brings certain performance optimizations for a smoother, efficient, and optimized experience for the users. Therefore, it looks like Samsung is already looking towards expanding the update for the Galaxy devices in more countries over the coming weeks.
