Samsung unveils its Exynos 2600 chip via a teaser video on YouTube

Samsung unveiled its latest in-house Exynos 2600 chipset based on a 2-nanometer process, promising significant improvements in performance and energy efficiency.

For a long time, the Korean tech giant has been working on its next-generation high-end Exynos 2600. Now, it has released the teaser video of the processor on YouTube, with a message, “In silence, we listened.”

It seems the company has responded to the controversy surrounding the performance and overheating issues of previous Exynos chipsets. Samsung has described the Exynos 2600 in the teaser video as “refined at the core” and “optimized at every level,” which suggests upgrades in the architecture and power consumption.

However, apart from this, the company hasn’t revealed any specific details regarding the specifications of the processor. Notably, it’s also claimed in the teaser that the Exynos processor is designed to “express the exceptional.”

Initially, the Exynos 2600 chipset will power the Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26 Plus in most markets. It’s highly anticipated that Samsung could announce full details this month or next, before the Galaxy S26 launches next year in late January or early February.

However, Samsung usually follows this typical practice, as it announces its new flagship chipset a month before its next flagship phone’s launch.
