Samsung releases the December 2025 Security Update for Galaxy S25 FE

Samsung Galaxy S25 series alongside Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Flip 7 just picked up the latest December 2025 security update; meanwhile, the Galaxy S25 FE also joins them, as the model has started getting the update in South Korea.

Basically, the fourth member of the Galaxy S25 family, the Galaxy S25 FE phone owners can rejoice, as Samsung has already started sending the December 2025 Security update for the device, but only for the Korea-based units, at least for now, while it’s expected to expand to even more countries over the coming weeks.

Specifically, the latest December security firmware for the Galaxy S25 FE has been identified with the S731NKSS3AYKG version number. At the same time, the latest update, however, doesn’t bring any major features and changes as it is just a minor monthly security patch.

But it significantly focuses on improving the device’s overall security and core functionality, and performance, as well as packs a handful of fixes for all the security vulnerabilities that were acknowledged earlier.

This, in turn, offers a more secure user experience, while also protecting the device against external threats. Other than that, the update further brings certain performance optimisations and adds stability to the entire system behaviour in order to provide a smoother, stable and optimised experience for the users.

Well, the list of the latest December 2025 security update is starting to grow, with the Galaxy S25 series, Fold 7, Flip 7, as well as Galaxy S25 FE being added to the list; Samsung will be adding more eligible Galaxy smartphones and tablets in the rollout in the near future.
