Samsung’s Galaxy S26 Ultra Gets Another Leak Ahead of February Launch

Another week, another Samsung leak. This time it’s a render showing the Galaxy S26 Ultra’s back panel in what’s being called Cobalt Violet, a new color option that might actually look decent if the image holds up.

The leak comes from Evan Blass, who’s built a solid track record with Samsung previews. The render shows the phone’s camera array and includes the S Pen stylus, confirming Samsung isn’t ditching its signature accessory just yet.

The spec sheet looks predictable but capable. A 6.9-inch AMOLED display, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, and at least 256GB of storage form the foundation. Nothing shocking, but that’s Samsung’s strategy with the Ultra line at this point.

The camera setup is where things get more interesting. A 200-megapixel main sensor anchors the system, backed by a 50-megapixel ultrawide, a 50-megapixel telephoto with 5x zoom, and a 10-megapixel telephoto at 3x. That’s a lot of glass.

Ice Universe claims the S26 Ultra will handle night sky photography better than previous models, which matters if you’re into astrophotography. There’s also mention of a “pure white” color variant that sounds appealing if you’re tired of the usual black and gray options.

The phone should pack a 5,000mAh battery and run One UI 8.5 over Android 16. Samsung hasn’t confirmed a launch date, but February 25 keeps coming up in the rumor mill. We’ll know soon enough if these leaks match reality or if Samsung has a few surprises left.
