After Verizon, and Unlocked units of Galaxy Z Fold 3/ Flip 3, T-Mobile users have also started receiving the new October 2022 security security patch in the US.
According to SamMobile, the new update is identified by the firmware version F926USQS2DVI5 and F711USQS3DVI5 and is currently being released in carrier locked by T-Mobile units of Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 respectively, however other countries should receive the new update shortly. The October 2022 security patch fixes more than 47 privacy and security vulnerabilities.
However, you can check for the update by going to Settings and then Software Update and tapping Download and Install if the update is available.
One UI 5 Beta For Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Flip 3
However, Samsung has already started testing of Android 13-based One UI 5 beta update for the unlocked variants of Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 in US. Users can participate via Samsung members app.
