Samsung Ranks First ’The World’s Best Employers’ According To Forbes

Forbes has released its rankings for this year. In this ranking, the South Korean Tech Giant Samsung’ has secured the first position in the ‘World’s Best Employers category. It has now been three years since the company achieved its first ranking in a row. The company was also featured as Forbes’s ‘Best Employer for New Graduates.’

In cooperation with Statista, Forbes surveyed more than 150,000 employees of 800 companies globally, in which Germany, the UK, the US, and more are included. It is ranked among the major global technology companies. Samsung’s rank in this shows that the company is providing the best working culture to its employees.

In this survey, they asked the participants to tell their willingness to recommend their employers to friends and family. They were also asked to rate the company on the basis of talent development, gender quality, social responsibility, and economic impact and image and asked to estimate other employees as well, whether it’s negative or positive.
