Galaxy A52 Indian Users Can Install The Android 13 And One UI 5.0 Update

Samsung has recently released the Android 13 update for the Galaxy A52 in Russia. Now the Korean giant has served the update in India. The Galaxy A52 device was released in 2021 and came with preinstalled Android 11. The device is getting its second major update in the form of One UI 5 (Android 13).

The Company has already released the Android 13 update to several mid-rangers, including Galaxy A53 5G, Galaxy A73 5G, Galaxy A33 5G, and many more. However, the update is available in a different region for each device; you may have to wait till Samsung release the One UI 5.0 update in your region.

As of now, the Android 13 stable update for Galaxy A52 devices is available in Russian and Indian markets. However, it could be expanded to other Asian countries soon. Galaxy A52 users in India can identify the latest update by its firmware version A525FXXU4CVJB. The update includes the November 2022 security patch and comes in a 1,911.37MB software package.

The One UI 5.0 update includes several improvements regarding UI design and customization tools, and some apps also might get updated as well. After introducing the April 2024 security patch to the Galaxy Z Fold 4Galaxy Z Flip 4, and Galaxy Z Fold 3 devices, Samsung has now made the April 2024 security patch update live for the Galaxy S23 FE, Galaxy S22, and Galaxy S21 smartphones in South Korea. Earlier, the company had already distributed the same update for these smartphones in some regions.

Notably, the Galaxy S23 FE is getting the April 2024 security patch update in South Korea with the firmware version number S711NKSS1BXD5. For the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, and Galaxy S22 Ultra, the update is coming with the firmware version numbers S901NKSU3DXD3, S906NKSU3DXD3, and S908NKSU3DXD3, respectively. Meanwhile, the Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+, and Galaxy S21 Ultra are getting the same update with firmware version numbers G991NKSU4FXD3, G996NKSU4FXD3, and G998NKSU4FXD3, respectively.

The April 2024 update brings new security-related enhancements; as per the documentation, there are more than 40 fixes introduced. Google has included 27 fixes that will resolve issues in the Android OS. Along with this, Samsung has also added 17 patches that will fix the issues found in Galaxy devices exclusively.

Along with this, Samsung has also introduced a mobile ID function for the Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S22 users. With this function, users will be able to carry their driving license and national veteran registration card in the Samsung Wallet.
