Samsung may use Exynos 2300 in Galaxy S22 FE and Galaxy Tab S8 FE

Samsung often uses either Qualcomm’s Snapdragon or its own Exynos SoC in its Galaxy devices. But recently, Qualcomm announced that Snapdragon SoCs will power most Galaxy devices from now on. Ever since the Snapdragon’s manufacturer made this announcement, many would have started thinking that the upcoming Exynos 2300 may be killed by the manufacturer. Thankfully, these assumptions turned out to be false because we finally have found a clue regarding it.

As per the tipster RGcloudS, the Exynos 2300 SoC, developed with the 4nm process technology, will be featured in the upcoming Galaxy Tab S8 FE device. This same SoC is expected to power the Galaxy S22 FE device, also. Until this leak, all would have believed that the Exynos 2300 SoC is completely taken over by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, which is not true. Notably, the Galaxy S22 FE and Galaxy Tab S8 FE are reported to launch by the second part of the unpacked event 2023; know more about it here.

For those who are unaware, recently, the news about the FE edition has been reported by some tipsters in which the RGcloudS is also included. They revealed that Samsung is expected to launch the Exynos 2300 chipset-featured Galaxy S22 FE and Galaxy Tab S8 FE along with the Galaxy Buds2 in an expected part 2 of the unpacked event, probably to be organized in Q3 of 2023. With this announcement, one thing is clear the Exynos 2300 SoC is still being featured in Galaxy devices, and Samsung has not given up on it.
