Samsung Galaxy users will soon easily transfer eSIM profile with Android 13

The search engine giant Google has recently started rolling out the QPR2 Beta update of Android 13 in its Google Pixel smartphones. This new update has brought numerous new features with it. The company will soon expand this update to other eligible Android phones, including Samsung Galaxy phones. After the update, Galaxy devices will also get the ability to use those additional features of the Android 13 QPR2 Beta update.

As per the Tweet of MishaalRahman, the QPR2 Beta update introduced various new and essential features, one of which is the ability to transfer eSIM profiles. After the eligible Galaxy devices booted with Google’s this quarterly update- QPR2 Beta, Galaxy devices will also be able to transfer eSIM profiles quickly. Not only that, but it also permits you to change the physical SIM card profile into an eSIM profile.

Let us tell you that the eSIM profile transfer feature’s support will be implemented in Google’s SIM Manager application. It will work between Pixel phones and other Google Mobile Services (GMS) phones. Because Galaxy phones are also GMS devices, this feature will be accessible in them also. As per the expectations, the upcoming Galaxy foldable- Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Z Fold 5 may be the first Samsung devices to get it.

We are expecting that Google will provide this update to the Galaxy smartphones and other Android phones in the soonest possible period, but there is another possibility that the other phones other than Pixel will directly get the stable QPR2 update instead of going through Beta testing. If it happens, we will have to wait longer than usual because the stable one will take more time than the Beta.
