Samsung severd June 2023 security update for Galaxy S22, S20 FE, Fold2, Flip4, and Flip in Europe
The June 2023 security update is seamlessly moving forward; it is already received on several devices, but having a larger number of devices company has joined some new devices and also expanded the update to new regions. Today the company has rolled out the update for several Galaxy devices in Europe; the update is now live for the Galaxy S22 series, Galaxy S20 FE, Galaxy Z Flip, Galaxy Z Fold 2, and Galaxy Z Fold 4.
The Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, and Galaxy S22 Ultra are getting the update with the version numbers S901BXXU5CWEA, S906BXXU5CWEA, and S908BXXU5CWEA, respectively. The Galaxy S20 FE is getting the update with version number G781BXXU6HWE6.
The Galaxy Z Flip is receiving the update with version F700FXXUCJWF1, while the Galaxy Z Fold 2 is grabbing the update with version F916BXXU3JWE7. The Galaxy Z Flip 4 is getting the update on the build version F936BXXU3CWE6.

The company started rolling out the update in the UK, and it is expected that it will be available in other parts of Europe in the next few weeks. The latest update doesn’t bring any innovation, but it comes with some improvements that will work to strengthen the security mechanism of the device.
According to the information, all five devices are listed under the monthly security update category, which makes them eligible for a new update each month. However, the Galaxy Z Flip and Galaxy Z Fold 2 maybe be demoted to Quarterly updates from next year.
