One UI 5 Watch Beta 2 is out: related to issues and usability improvements
Earlier this month, Samsung initiated the One UI Watch beta program for its Galaxy Watch 4 and Watch 5 series. Surprisingly, a new patch has already emerged. Owners of Galaxy Watch 4 and Watch 5 will soon receive the second beta update for One UI 5 Watch.
If you’re part of the One UI 5 Watch beta program, you may have noticed an available update for Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch 5 in the past day.
One UI 5 Watch Beta 2 Update Rolling Out
This second beta, identified as build ZWFA, primarily addresses critical bug fixes related to performance, battery drain, and lag. Notably, Samsung promptly resolved the issues of lag and sluggishness after rebooting, as well as the problem of Samsung Pay being temporarily unusable after an OS update. Additionally, the update includes the addition of “Watch4 bicycle riding exercise” to the list of “Auto Exercise Recognition” options, providing users with a more comprehensive experience.

Users of Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 and 5 in the United States and South Korea can now access the second beta of the One UI 5 Watch OS by enrolling in the beta program. Simply sign up for the program, and the Samsung Members app will notify you regarding the latest update. While the beta program is currently available in the United States, it will be rolled out to India, the EU (Europe), Australia, and Canada later this week.
