Samsung M62 gets June 2023 security update

Samsung is constantly rolling out June 2023 security updates to Galaxy devices. In the initial phase, the company rolled out the update t its flagship devices in several countries; now, after completing it, the Korean giant has turned its focus toward the midrange series devices and now expanding the update to the Galaxy M62 devices.

Samsung has now rolled out a new June 2023 security patch update which is currently available in two Asian countries, including Bangladesh and Nepal. The update carries firmware version M625FXXU4CWF1. It is expected that the update will be available in more countries next few days.

The June 2023 security patch includes a lot of fixes that enhance the overall security of the update. Along with this, the update may improve some other functions of Galaxy devices that, makes your device experience much better. The Galaxy M62 is listed under the biannual security update, which means it will get a maximum of two security updates. Still, it is now getting the third security update, previously, it got the February 2023 security patch, and then it got March 2023 security patch. Now it is getting June 2023 security update.

Samsung Galaxy M62 was the premium device of the M- series. The device was launched back in 2021. It came with Android 11; later, it received three more Android updates and currently running on Android 13. It has also received the One UI 5.1 in the previous updates; now, after that, it is no longer eligible for any new Android firmware. However, it is still eligible for minor updates, which will be available as security patches.
