Samsung is maintaining the regulations in the software updates; it has almost completed the June 2023 security update expansion. Even after a busy security update rollout, the company is also working on One UI 6.0 software. It has already started testing the firmware update in several devices, and now the One UI 6 firmware for Galaxy S23 is spotted.

The new firmware indicates that the company is testing the One UI 6 software. It is also suggested that it is fully prepared to release new beta updates. According to the information, the spotted firmware version is S916BXXU2BWF4, which is compatible with Galaxy S23 Plus. It is also worth noticing that the testing of the software is running in India.

One UI 6 update initial availability

In the coming months, Samsung will start the update for the Galaxy devices, but not every Galaxy device will get the beta version updates; it is limited to some high-end devices. Here we are sharing the list of those devices:

  • Galaxy S23 series (S23, S23+ & S23 Ultra)
  • Galaxy S22 series (S22, S22+ & S22 Ultra)
  • Galaxy S21 series (S21, S21+ & S21 Ultra)
  • Galaxy Z Fold 5 & Z Flip 5
  • Galaxy Z Fold 4 & Z Flip 4
  • Galaxy Z Fold 3 & Z Flip 3
  • Galaxy A34 and A54

The list is prepared on the basis of past habits of Samsung; it is not officially confirmed yet. It is a very high chance that Samsung will start distributing the beta update from Galaxy S23 devices, then expand it to other eligible gadgets.
