Samsung officially launches Galaxy A05 and Galaxy A05s
Samsung has brought new additions to its Galaxy A lineup with the Galaxy A05 and Galaxy A05s. The official release has the same specifications that we covered in the previous article. The company has introduced the phones in Malaysia. Both devices come with fresh new designs and powerful specifications. Let’s explore them all.
The Galaxy A05 and Galaxy A05s come with some high-end specifications
The main difference between these devices is the screen technology, camera, and processor. The Galaxy A05 is equipped with a 6.7-inch PLS LCD screen with HD+ resolution, while the Galaxy A05a is equipped with a 6.7-inch display with Full HD+ resolution and a 90 Hz refresh rate. The Galaxy A05 is powered by a MediaTek Helio G85 processor, and the Galaxy A05s device is equipped with a Snapdragon 680 processor. However, both devices are equipped with high performance.
If we talk about the camera department, the Galaxy A05 is equipped with two rear cameras: a 2 MP depth camera and a 50 MP primary rear camera. On the other hand, the Galaxy A05s is equipped with three back cameras: a 2 MP depth camera, a 50 MP primary camera, and a 2 MP macro camera.
Galaxy A05 and Galaxy A05s are equipped with massive 5000mAh batteries
The Galaxy A05 and Galaxy A05s are equipped with a massive 5000mAh battery. While talking about software updates, Samsung has promised to give four Android OS updates to Galaxy A05s, but at the same time, there are no such commitments from the Samsung side for the Galaxy A05. If we talk about connectivity, both of the devices lack 5G; however, on the other side, you will get Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.3 support.
Availability
The Galaxy A05 and Galaxy A05s have now been launched in Malaysia. Both of the devices are available in three colors: black, light green, and silver. Currently, Samsung doesn’t reveal the pricing officially, but it is expected to be available in the budget range. It will soon be available to buy.
