Samsung Delays One UI 6.0 Beta Update for Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Flip 5: Here’s new release date
The newly launched leaflets, the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5, will soon have the One UI 6.0 beta update, most likely around October. This news was confirmed by Samsung’s Community Moderator through a comment in the Samsung Members app. Earlier, it was said that the foldables would receive the One UI 6.0 rollout by the end of September, but it was postponed. In the post shared by the community moderator, it is said that the original plan was to deliver the first beta version in September. However, it was determined that further work was required to stabilize the program.
They also added that they will work hard to make everything possible to prepare stable software so that the beta version can be launched as soon as possible after the Chuseok holiday in October, which is one of the biggest festivals celebrated in South Korea. As previously stated, the One UI team was diligently working on development and review to finish the beta version around September, which was the actual plan. Maybe the group caught up with some problems regarding the software rollout of the foldables.
The One UI 6 beta has been accessible for some time on Samsung’s Galaxy S23 series, Galaxy A34, and Galaxy A54 devices. The One UI 6.0 beta rollout also included the premium Galaxy S21, S22, and S23 series. A week ago, there was an announcement that the One UI 6.0 will be updated for the Galaxy Z Flip 3, Z Fold 3, Z Flip 4, and Z Fold 4 within October, per the official forum moderator. To take part in the One UI 6 Beta program, users must have the Samsung Members app installed on their smartphones.
