Samsung announced that it will introduce a bunch of new channels in the Samsung TV Plus app, which will belong to three different categories, including sports, entertainment, and news. In the last few months, the company has expanded its streaming service to some new countries and is now providing content to the audience by gradually adding new channels to the app. This time company is introducing new channels for the UK.
Three new sports channels, four entertainment channels, and two news channels are arriving
DAZN is an international sports streaming service that brings live coverage of sports, and its two channels are soon available for Samsung TV Plus users. This includes DAZN Women’s Football and second is DAZN Ringside the first channel will give live coverage of both the 2023 UEFA Women’s Champions League and Liga F. Tune in for captivating documentaries and exclusive behind-the-scenes access to the most beloved players.
The second channel will give you most of the content related to global fighters. In this channel, viewers can watch live fights, documentaries, and over 300 hours of archived matches from champions across all weight divisions. The third sports channel is dedicated to golf, named The PGA Tour. It will show the best moments in golf through tournament recaps and re-airs, player profiles, and original content.
Talking about entertainment channels, there will be four new channels that are arriving, which include all the genres that will attract an audience. We are here talking about these channels: UKTV Play Laughs, UKTV Play Uncovered, UKTV Play Full Throttle and UKTV Play Heroes which are owned by BBC studios. These channels are packed with content involving comedy, thrills, action and drama.
Apart from these, a new news channel, NBC News Now, is also coming to the platform. It is an international new channel that delivers deep reports, thoughtful storytelling, and live, breaking news from all around the globe.
