Galaxy S24 Customers Are Far Much Satisfied Than iPhone

Samsung has a vast following of fans, undoubtedly which is an invisible obstacle for other smartphone brands, even if it is Apple.
Beyond question, the iPhone 15 family is one of the richest ones in the tech industry, with super convenient and advanced features, top-notch specifications, and decent design. But the fact is, richness is worth nothing until customers ignore other smartphones’s brands just for yours.
Being slaves of human nature, customers easily get satisfied with the smaller Pro model as per their budgets and convenience. And exactly that’s the problem for the fruit company Apple: customers are getting satisfaction from the smaller Pro model.
As per recent reports, Samsung Galaxy S24 customer satisfaction is superior to that of the iPhone for the very first time yet. According to the results of one survey, it has come to be known that Galaxy S24 customers are quite happier with their purchase than iPhone 15 users were at the time Apple released these devices. This is all being speculated by the reports of PerfectRec data, (via- BGR) according to which early adopters of the Samsung S24 series have left immensely positive reviews.

The base variant, the Galaxy S24, gets 91% of a five-star rating from its users, whereas 84% and 88% are allotted to the Galaxy S24+ and Galaxy S24 Ultra, respectively. And these metrics are far higher as compared to any other previous Galaxy ‘S’ series’ smartphones.
On the other hand, the report unveils that reviews from early adopters of the iPhone are sometimes much more negative as compared to those left a few months after release. It’s likely that this might be due to the fact that early adopters are enthusiasts who are more familiar with recent models and can be disappointed if incremental improvements don’t seem impressive as per their expectations. It is possible that this is indeed an Apple phenomenon, and early Galaxy S adopters behave differently. iPhone 15 owners also started feeling satisfied gradually after the brand improved overheating issues in the new lineup. Particularly the smaller Pro model users are still experiencing poor battery life and strange hardware issues, for instance, sharp edges.
The methodology of the reporter uses Google reviewers for each Galaxy variant, even including smartphone carriers such as Best Buy, Verizon, AT&T, etc.
