Google to bring new changes for At a Glance and Weather icons

Android has introduced widget functionality since its initial releases; more specifically, it has added the widget naively with Android 1.5, Cupcake. Since then, Google has progressively given some new enhancements for adding better enhancements under new updates, and following the new development, several users are reporting that some new design changes have been spotted on their devices for the Google Weather and At a Glance widgets.
As per the information, Google is rolling out a new icon for the weather and At a Glance widgets. This is followed by the previous development where Google renewed the Google Weather application. It is assumingly the server-side update, which indicates that the company may provide the long-awaited update, but it is not confirmed that the change could be available for all the users.
Last year, the company released a new update for the Wathre app with the release of the Pixel Tablet and Pixel Fold in 2023, and then expanded it to other devices gradually. According to 9to5Google, the company has also rolled out the update for the At a Glance widget, and it has grabbed compatibility for the material.
In terms of details, the new style is easy to spot as it is equipped with a 3D element on the icon, stands out with details, and gives a very cool look to the interface.
