Last week, Google launched the Android 14 QPR 2 stable update for Pixel devices, but the company hasn’t made it available for Pixel US users. As promised, the company has now started rolling out the update in the US as well. With the latest update, the company has brought several new improvements and features that will remove some issues with functioning more easily. Let’s check out more details about it.

What’s new in the Android 14 QPR 2 stable update?

With the latest Android 14 QPR 2 stable update, Pixel users will get several useful features, like expandable Bluetooth Quick Settings and “share Wi-Fi” in the Internet QS Tile. The microphone and camera price indicators also get a shortcut for directly closing them.

Along with this, the volume slider is now updated with more Material You, and now you will get single-screen recording or casting and icons for alarm or DND on Pixel’s weather lock screen clock.

Meanwhile, for the Pixel Fold, the app launcher has refreshed the Taskbar access experience; it has brought a new change that will highlight how you can search for apps when accessing the grid while multitasking.

The latest update for Pixel devices in the US is now available for customers who are using the locked devices at AT&T, T-Mobile, and Google Fi. The update comes with the firmware version number AP1A.240305.019.A1. More users will get the update on their Pixel devices in the next few days.
