Samsung Galaxy users have recently received a featureful update in the form of One UI 6.1. With this update, users have received several new functions that provide convenience for them while using different functionality. However, with the latest features, it has also unintentionally brought some issues for the users.
According to the information, there is an issue encountered in the Quick panel that is stopping users from taking details of the notification. When they tap the notification on the Quick panel, it doesn’t react and keeps reopening the Quick panel.
However, a community moderator has apologized for the inconvenience due to the issue and officially confirmed that the company will deliver a dedicated update that will fix the Quick Panel issue. Although he hasn’t shared the exact date for the update’s availability, it is expected to be available soon with the next security patch update.
Whenever the update is available for the Galaxy devices, we will immediately provide information about it. In the meantime, you can also frequently check the update manually by going to the system settings.
