Samsung Messages App Crashing! Here’s How to Fix It
Samsung users are facing an inconvenient crashing issue occurring on their native Messages app. Now Samsung is announcing the fix has arrived to avoid the app crashing issue. Let’s take a closer look at the constantly crashing issue and a new fix.
The Galaxy users are claiming that, in the past 12 hours, their native Message application has been constantly crashing, which is quite irritating. A reason behind the fuss appears in a recent update to the Google Meet app, which conflicts with Samsung’s Messages app. We’re not sure why, but uninstalling or disabling Meet will stop messages from crashing.
However, recently on Reddit and Samsung’s official forums, users have claimed constant crashes for the Samsung Messages app. There seems to be a crashing bug while trying to enter conversations within a health app. Force-closing the app, clearing the cache, restarting the phone, and even entering the phone in Safe Mode don’t fix the issue.
A moderator in Samsung’s forums confirmed this temporary workaround and also said that “Samsung is aware of the concern and is working towards resolving the matter.”
Finally, regarding this issue, Samsung has officially informed its users that this unwanted issue is about to settle down since Google has issued an update for the Google Meet app, which will stop Samsung’s Messages app from crashing continuously.
If you are also going through inconvenient crashing issues, you can easily settle them by downloading the latest Google Meet update available in the Google Play Store. It will fix the crashing issues.
