Samsung Galaxy’s QuickStar Date Format Issues to Be Addressed in One UI 7.0
Samsung always tries to bring engagement to even small functions and focuses on refining the interface of the device to get more customization abilities. However, the company missed the adjustment needed in some small details, like recently when a user reported the alignment of the clock in Korean.
According to the report, when you set the time in Korean, the AM/PM via QuickStar icon and battery remain in the display position, but the position is different from the clock. A user shared the screenshot where he has set the clock in the top right corner of the screen, and it is clearly visible that the clock is not aligned the same as other icons. He also claims that the same phenomenon occurs when you see the cloth in other positions, including left or centre.
Samsung confirms to fix this issue in the One UI 7.0 update
In response to the issue, Samsung’s official has confirmed that this misalignment issue is occurring with only Korean and Chinese characters. The team is working on it and will address the issue in the next major update, One UI 7.0. Regarding the availability of the next major update, the update is expected to be available in the next couple of months.
