Samsung Issues Update to Fix Galaxy Buds 3 Pro Sound Issue
Samsung is working on a new fix as it acknowledges a sound quality issue with the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro that usually occurs while using the “Concert Hall” feature.
The Galaxy Buds 3 Pro users have reported they are facing a kind of inconvenience due to muffled and distorted sound, especially with bass-heavy music. Noticeably, the issue occurs, especially when the “Concert Hall” mode is turned off.
A few Galaxy Buds 3 Pro users claimed that the reason behind this issue was the software of the Buds. On the other side, unlike other devices, such as AirPods, the issue appears to be particular to the interaction between the Buds 3 Pro and the Sound Assistant app.
Regarding this matter, the community moderator reported that Samsung will resolve the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro sound quality issue by releasing a dedicated software update. Until a stable fix for this issue arrives, Samsung recommends turning off the “Concert Hall” feature to upgrade the sound quality.
To fix this issue, the Korean tech giant will make sure the “Concert Hall” feature works better after future updates. It will surely enhance the sound quality and audio experience.
Currently, the company is actively working to bring about the fix as soon as possible. However, the exact timeline for the fix has yet to be released. It’s expected that the company will release the fix along with the next software update for the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro.
