Samsung Confirms Fix for Home Up Folder Icon Arrangement in Next Update

Samsung Good Lock offers an abundance of modules that significantly allow Galaxy users to create and personalize their devices their way while also providing several options for customizations. However, users have been facing some sort of inconvenience while using the Home Up module. 

For a while, users have been reporting that they are facing an inconvenience while using the Home Up folder arrangement, which keeps getting reset and unlocked after rebooting. 

They further added that the Home Up module has been like the same after they initiated a few other Good Lock apps to update to their latest version. 

Meanwhile, addressing the Good Lock Home Up issues and inconvenience, Samsung’s Good Lock representative confirmed that Samsung has already acknowledged and reported the Home Up folder icon arrangement initialization phenomenon and will be improved through the upcoming software update. 

The Home Up module is basically an extension of One UI Home that allows users to certainly use various different layouts in their home screen, apps, and folders while also offering several other customization options for the folder pop-up style and layouts. 

Currently, the Home Up module is not working as per the user’s expectations, where the folder icon arrangement initialization process keeps getting reset. which Samsung has addressed the issues and confirmed to bring some key improvements regarding the inconvenience caused.

In addition, the Good Lock team will check for any errors that are occurring while adding the Samsung Notes widget to the lock screen via LockStar, where the Note widget set on the lock screen remains like a black square after rebooting, even after resetting the lock screen.
