Full List of One UI 6.1.1 New Features and Supported Samsung Devices

Samsung has already started expanding its One UI 6.1.1 update to older, eligible Galaxy devices. The update brings dozens of new features to enhance the overall system software. Here are the new features and their supported device list. 

Currently, the One UI 6.1.1 update is available on the Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy S23 series, Galaxy S23 FE, Galaxy S22 series, Galaxy Z Fold 5, Galaxy Z Flip 5, Galaxy Z Fold 4, Galaxy Z Flip 4, and Galaxy Tab S9 series. Soon the company will expand its availability on more eligible devices widely. The update brings dozens of new AI-powered features. However, all the features of the One UI 6.1.1 are not compatible with each Galaxy device that receives the update. 

One UI 6.1.1 new features and their supported device 

As expected, the One UI 6.1.1 introduced multiple features, including the Galaxy AI tools, as per users’ convenience. Here’s the new feature list: 

Sketch to Image: It helps to convert rough sketches into a nice work of art. It lets you start from scratch to create a photo of your imagination or draw something over your photo. 

It’s available on several Galaxy devices, which are as follows: 

• Galaxy S24, Galaxy S23, Galaxy S22, Galaxy S23 FE, Galaxy Z Fold 6, Galaxy Z Fold 5, Galaxy Z Fold 4, Galaxy Z Flip 6, Galaxy Z Flip 5, Galaxy Z Flip 4, Galaxy Tab S9, and Galaxy Tab S8 series. 

Overlay Translation: It overlays the translated text on the original image, preserving the background color for a neat view. This permits you to translate text directly on your screen without asking you to copy and paste it into any specific translation app. It is compatible with several Galaxy devices, as mentioned: 

• Galaxy S24, Galaxy S23, Galaxy S22, Galaxy S23 FE, Galaxy Z Fold 6, Galaxy Z Fold 5, Galaxy Z Fold 4, Galaxy Z Flip 6, Galaxy Z Flip 5, Galaxy Z Flip 4, Galaxy Tab S9, and Galaxy Tab S8 series. 

Portrait Studio: It lets you save your photos by selecting from multiple AI-generated portrait styles. This feature is compatible with the particular Galaxy devices mentioned below: 

• Galaxy S24, Galaxy S23, Galaxy S22, Galaxy S23 FE, Galaxy Z Fold 6, Galaxy Z Fold 5, Galaxy Z Fold 4, Galaxy Z Flip 6, Galaxy Z Flip 5, Galaxy Z Flip 4, Galaxy Tab S9, and Galaxy Tab S8 series. 

Live Effect: It can convert photos into live photos with 3D live effects. It works in pictures containing people and animals. Available on several Galaxy devices –

Weather Effects on Wallpaper: Now you don’t need to adjust wallpaper as it can automatically adjust to the time of day and weather conditions based on your locations. 

Circle to Search: Now you can use Circle to Search to identify music and find step-by-step solutions for math problems. 

One UI 6.1.1 Camera and Gallery feature 

One UI 6.1.1 update brings several improvements and changes within Camera and Gallery, as mentioned below: 

Auto Zoom for Flex Camera: It enables easy selfies using the rear cameras and the cover screen. The company has added an Auto Zoom feature to Flex Camera to offer a more seamless experience. It’s only compatible with particular Flip smartphones. 

• Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 5

Flex Camcorder: It permits you to shoot videos similar to camcorders. It is also compatible with flip phones, which are mentioned below:

Instant Slowmo: It’s only compatible with HDR10+ videos when viewing in the Gallery app. It permits you to save a particular section watched in slow motion or even share it with others without even saving it. It only supports a few flagship devices:

Motion Clipper: It lets you create moving stickers and GIFs by long-pressing on a person or object in motion photos. It’s available on multiple Galaxy devices.

Astro Portrait: This feature allows you to take pictures of people and stars together. It is available on specific Galaxy devices.

Raw Editor: DNG (Digitial Negative) is a raw image format that is supported in the Galaxy Photo Editor, offering additional editing tools for richer experiences. It is compatible with
