One UI 7 to Add Separate Notification Settings for Lock and AOD Screen

When the Galaxy S24 audiences are eagerly waiting for the One UI 7 beta version to come, Samsung is passionately undergoing certain enhancements with its upcoming One UI version in order to offer users the next-level experience. Meanwhile, Samsung has just officially confirmed that One UI 7 will support individual notification settings for both Lock and AOD screens.
Currently, the Galaxy S24 devices that support the full-screen AOD functionality receive notifications on both the AOD and Lock screens identically. But this will change in the next OS.
Samsung Galaxy S24 models support the full-screen AOD, where the notification settings for both the AOD screen and lock screen are integrated; thus, the lock screen notification settings, including show or hide, location, etc., are applied simultaneously to the AOD screen, causing some sort of inconvenience to the users.
Hence, the company’s official has confirmed that these settings will get changed. Samsung’s next OS-One UI 7.0 will significantly support individual settings for notification items on both the Lock screen and the AOD screen.

Moreover, these newest changes will eventually offer Galaxy S24 owners a much more enhanced experience while not messing things up and making the notifications more separate and put together. On that note, even though Samsung is way too late to bring One UI 7 for its Galaxy devices, it’s undoubtedly making it more flexible and advanced for its users.
