Samsung has updated its Home Up app with the dedicated version 16.0, which adds One UI 7 support and offers new features. Here’s the new feature list.

The company has delivered a new update with notable features and options; for instance, the new animation settings, a larger folder option, and improved pop-up folder functionalities to enhance the user experience. Samsung introduced a new animation tuning for home screen gestures with this update. You are permitted to choose three different animation styles, which are as follows:
- Pixel by Pixel (Enjoy the feeling of pure animation)
- The Scent of a Certain Fruit (feel the sweet taste of red fruit)
- Simple Tuning (pick between fast animations or more emotional ones)
Apart from these options, the company also offers advanced tuning settings that allow you to adjust specific aspects of the animations.
The update brings advanced tuning, which lets you customize details such as damping, stiffness, and friction for how icons move and scale. It allows you to customize where icons track, and there’s an Interpolator option to tweak how the icon scale animations work. It also offers options for scale, duration, and blur settings for the home screen and wallpaper.
The Home Up app now lets you choose between medium and larger sizes for your app folders, which offers more control over how your home screen looks. It will help you to organize your apps better. It will allow you to adjust the folder grid and change the icon sizes.
Now you can customize the size of the pop-up folders with options for small, medium, and larger. There are more settings, like variable sizes, fixed positions, and even options to hide the edit bar and remove blur effects. These new options will deliver a more organized interface with quick access.
