One UI 7 to Roll Out Maximum Restrictions with Auto Blocker for Extra Security
Samsung is working hard in developing its upcoming One UI 7 version, while dozens of reports signify that the next One UI iteration will be a massive upgrade with some essential refinements. With more work currently under way, Samsung aims to make Galaxy phones more secure with One UI 7 via a new update for Auto Blocker.
Meanwhile, a new update for the Samsung Auto Blocker carrying v1.1.00.28 version (via- APK Mirror) has started rolling out to the devices running One UI 6.1.1, adding some additional strong protection via Maximum restrictions.
While Samsung Auto Blocker significantly keeps Galaxy devices safe by blocking threats and other suspicious activities, from One UI 6.1.1, the Auto Blocker will offer extra-strong protection and security through the Maximum Restrictions feature for the users who need a safe and secure environment.
Basically, the Maximum Restrictions feature of the Auto Blocker eventually enables the App Protection feature and prevents Galaxy devices from activating the admin apps and work profiles. While turning on the Maximum Restrictions feature, a few of the apps or features will be restricted for additional security while also blocking some functionality of Samsung Messages and Gallery apps.
Interestingly, Samsung focuses on adding a few additional functionality to the existing Auto Blocker app with the forthcoming One UI 7. Now, with the upcoming One UI 7 version, Galaxy phones will get secure with some additional aspects of the Maximum Restrictions feature that will block USB devices from connecting to phones, block 2G network connectivity, and finally, will automatically block reconnection to non-secure Wi-Fi networks.
Lastly, One UI 7 is considered to be a huge upgrade in almost every aspect, while it will be interesting to see how Samsung will implement innovations and changes to the upcoming version.
