While it’s disappointing that Samsung’s One UI 7 beta release is getting delayed further, the fans could get more surprises with the upcoming version. For now, dozens of leaks and rumors have prevailed online that are more than enough to expect regarding new features and improvements, and to add more to it, a new One UI Calculator app flashed recently.
Among other redesigned apps that have already started receiving the One UI 7 version support, a new report flashes that significantly suggests a different Calculator app icon coming with One UI 7.
A New Face for the Calculator App in One UI 7.0
While Galaxy fans have already interacted with the new revamped Calculator app icon, when compared with the previous One UI 6 version, the One UI 7 build brings a more impactful and new Calculator app icon while also providing a more minimalistic aesthetic to the icon. Now, it boosts three signs, including Addition, Subtraction, and Equal to (=), arranged inside a squircle shape, replacing the additional Multiplication and Division signs of the previous version.
Alongside the minimalistic design, Samsung could have been focusing on a more efficient and impactful user experience when using a calculator, placing the digits and signs in a comparatively larger circle. However, it’s expected that Samsung will not make any major changes within the app, also not entirely changing the functionality.
Moreover, there’s a little catch in the release of the next One UI version, with Samsung working hard towards its next Android skin. It will be more interesting to see how the company will implement certain features and changes in the One UI 7 stable release after releasing the beta version.
