Samsung introduces dozens of new enhancing features with One UI 7.0 to upgrade the overall system software, including a call transcript for call recordings.
The newly introduced ‘Call Transcript” provides transcriptions for recorded phone call conversations. Although Samsung has already introduced the call recording feature on its Galaxy phones for so long to provide a transcription.
Samsung’s One UI 7 beta introduces a new AI-powered call transcription feature, which will automatically transcribe recorded phone calls of the users to offer a text version of their conversations. You can easily use this feature only if you have the call recording enabled inside the call settings; then a transcript will automatically generate with the call recording in an ongoing call.
The transcriptions are associated with the contact, allowing users to view the history of previously recorded conversations. One UI 7 pushed the boundaries of communications and connections through call transcripts. Currently, the company offers 20 languages of support for this new feature, allowing users to easily reference conversations later.
Currently, the One UI 7 beta is only available for the Galaxy S24 device in selected regions, but it’s expected that soon the brand will expand the reach of the beta program in more regions for more eligible Galaxy devices.
