One UI 7 Beta user facing compatibility issue with Android Auto
Samsung has released the One UI 7 beta with dozens of new features and significant improvements but has also included an issue for Android Auto users.
Samsung rolled out the One UI 7 beta update after a long delay just to make it more stable and bugless, but despite that, it includes bugs. Recently, a few users reported an animation flash bug; however, Samsung has addressed the bug and claimed to release a fix and better animation with the upcoming beta update.
Apart from the animation bug, now the One UI 7 beta users have reported a new issue with Android Auto, due to which the system disconnects during navigation, reverting to the car’s home screen. The issue is creating a kind of inconvenience and forcing users to manually restart Android Auto.
Noticeably, Samsung has acknowledged the issue with One UI 7 causing compatibility problems with a few Android Auto versions and claimed that it will be fixed with the stable version. However, the company is about to release the One UI 7 beta 2 anytime soon which could also bring a fix for this issue. So it remains to see whether the company will fix the issue with the stable version next year or as soon as with the upcoming beta update.
Recently, it was reported that Samsung has delayed the second phase of the One UI 7 beta program and will release it on 16 December.
