One UI 7 Display Assistant App Offers Custom Brightness, Refresh Rate, and Timeout Settings

Samsung’s One UI is built in such a manner that it’s considered the most impeccable yet highly customizable Android skin, allowing Galaxy fans to have greater personalizations. With Samsung constantly working towards expanding new features and changes, Galaxy Labs (now Good Guardians) receives a new tool, named Display Assistant Beta.
Recently, Samsung Good Guardians received the latest Android 15-based One UI 7 support that effectively adds new yet interesting features; however, the newest version is currently running in its beta testing phase for the Galaxy S24 series owners. Alternatively, the company has added a new element within the Good Guardians app.
The new Samsung Display Assistant Beta app (via – Ice Universe) has several amazing benefits, It will allow Galaxy users to apply a standard refresh rate for each app, manage different screen timeouts for every individual app, use curtain mode, and adjust the screen brightness at which it changes.

On the other side, the tool further brings the capability of adding limitations in an application to run within a 60Hz refresh rate while also adding the One Click screen on for 30 minutes option as well. All in all, through the Display Assistant Beta element, users will be able to perform certain experiments and tweaks regarding individual applications’ refresh rates, brightness, and screen timeout.
With that, the new element, the Display Assistant Beta, has already been integrated via the latest update of the Samsung Good Guardians app. Thus, to enjoy the features of this tool, users need to update the app to its latest version. However, due to the region’s limitations, the Good Guardians app is currently only available in the US, Europe, South Korea, China, and Vietnam. You can download the Display Assistant app via Galaxy Store.
