Samsung’s One UI 7 beta versions gave a glimpse of future innovations and enhanced AI personalizations to the Galaxy audience while also offering the choice to experience more advanced mobile developments with greater transparency. While people have been gradually getting to know some additional features that are not mentioned in the changelog, a new report ramped up, suggesting that users can now experience faster ethernet speed.

One UI 7 beta update, of course, brought about numerous changes and improvements in almost every aspect, and recently it was spotted that the Ethernet speed raised up from 1Gbps to 2.5Gbps on the Galaxy S24 running the One UI 7 beta 2 version.

A user on Reddit shared (via – SamMobile) that he was receiving a higher Ethernet speed of 2.5Gbps on his Galaxy S24 Ultra smartphone running One UI 7 Beta 2 while also not having any type of inconvenience or speed throttling issue.

Alternatively, he further claimed that when tested, the speed on another Galaxy S24 Ultra with the One UI 6.1 version, he recognized that there was either a speed throttling issue when using the same Ethernet adapter used previously, or it was not working on the device.

Thus, in simple words, when tested, the Ethernet speed on the Galaxy S24 Ultra running One UI 7 Beta 2, the speed raised up to higher 2.5Gbps, while continuing testing with the same Ethernet adapter but on the S24 Ultra with the One UI 6.1 version gave speed throttling issues, and even there are times when it doesn’t work at all.

Moreover, this further signifies that Samsung is working on enhancing several key factors with the new Android 15-based One UI 7 version, and it’s expected that Galaxy fans will notice some major changes and improvements when the stable version is released for an immersive and innovative mobile AI user experience.
