One UI 7 Beta 3 to Fix Lock Screen Shortcuts Bug

Spread the love

Samsung is actively working on releasing the One UI 7 Beta 3 soon, which is anticipated to resolve the lock screen shortcuts issue.

The Korean tech giant has already released two One UI 7 betas for the Galaxy S24 series, and users encountered an issue when installing the second beta: lock screen shortcuts were missing.

Samsung Galaxy S24 users reported they are dealing with a lock screen issue after receiving the One UI 7 Beta. Due to this issue, users who usually rely on the lock screen shortcut for quick access to frequently used apps or features are facing a kind of inconvenience.

However, the company seems quite active, as it already acknowledged the issue and claimed to release a fix with the coming One UI 7 beta 3. A Beta Moderator on the community claimed that the shortcuts issue on the lock screen will be fixed in the upcoming One UI 7 Beta 3.

The Beta moderator has not mentioned the timeline for the One UI 7 beta 3 release. Previously it was reported that the company could release beta 3 sometime in the first week of January, but that’s not the case anymore since we are already in the final hours of the first week. Apart from the lock screen shortcuts issue, the beta 3 is also expected to bring other improvements and fixes.
