Galaxy S25 Ultra May Offer Exclusive Nightography Video Upgrade and 16GB RAM

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is coming this month, which could get some exclusive Nightography video improvements and be available in 16GB of RAM in selected regions.
Samsung is setting up to introduce the Galaxy S25 series later this month at the Galaxy Unpacked event. The lineup will include at least three variants: the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra.
A new report from Ice Universe suggests that the Galaxy S25 Ultra could get some exclusive Nightography video upgrades and might be available in a 16GB RAM variant in selected markets.
According to the report, the Korean tech giant will improve low-light video performance, which relies heavily on the processing improvements offered by the new chip powering the device, most expectedly the Snapdragon 8 Elite. This means that this upgrade would not make it to older flagship smartphones.
The same tipster in the other post claimed that Samsung is not planning to offer 16GB RAM on the Galaxy S25 Ultra model globally. The company could make it available in Chinese and South Korean markets.
The series is not so far from the official launch, which will be on 22 January at the Galaxy Unpacked. Although Samsung has not released any official announcement regarding the exclusive nightography video upgrade and 16GB RAM in specific regions, it remains to be seen at the launch whether this report will come into existence.
