Samsung’s Good Lock, as promised, has just received a stunning makeover with the latest One UI 7 support. The renewal version of Good Lock has already been released that consists of an all-new UI and various interesting features collectively.
To recall, back in December 2024, Samsung informed users that it’s currently preparing the Good Lock for One UI 7 and its entire modules to be compatible with the 7th iteration while also aiming to offer the support in January 2025, and guess what! Samsung has now refreshed the overall app UI alongside other relevant improvements.
Samsung One UI 7’s Good Lock Brings New Feature and Changes
In order to make it more user-friendly and convenient, Good Lock for One UI 7 (v3.0.10.1) significantly adds an all-new UI, where the overall composition of the main app has now been changed for improved UI behavior and convenience. Thus, from integrating an increased number of modules to easily find the modules or apps with the help of categories, the Good Lock app receives a much organized makeover.
Good Lock’s Refined Main UI:
The main app UI of the Good Lock suite has been refreshed and significantly offers some convenient access via three sections, which divide the entire interface through Terrace, Plugins, and You options, replacing older Makeup and Life Up options. This eventually adds an immersive user experience while having a look at the main app UI at first sight.

New Tabs for Better Convenience and usability:
Three new tabs, including the Terrace, Plugins, and the newly added You. The Terrace is for all the recent notices and updates regarding Good Lock’s apps and features; the Plugins is the section where all the modules are lined up that are divided among different suitable categories; and lastly, the newly added You tab that allows users to add their most preferred (favorite) app/modules under the Favorites section.

Classification of Modules according to their suitable categories:

Right after the update, the Good Lock modules have now been classified within their dedicated categories. These include Make up, Life up, Clock, Extensions and so on. Not only does this arrangement lets users pick their desired app/module quickly, it doesn’t mess up things when the user is in a hurry.
The Newly added You tab:
Samsung adds a new You section within the main app’s UI. Well, the You tab suggests you all your settings or customizations that are currently in progress on your Galaxy device, it further lets you add all your favorite apps or modules for quick access. All the apps/modules that are being favorite will be lined up under the Favorites section, while to do so, you just need to tap on the Edit button.

Moreover, Samsung has already started rolling out the latest version of Good Lock for One UI 7, while it will gradually reach a wider Galaxy audience in the near future.
