Samsung is continuing with One UI 7 beta streaks as yet another, the One UI 7 beta 4 for Galaxy S24 series owners, goes live in India and South Korea. Now, the company is starting to expand the latest beta version of its Android skin to more eligible regions.
Galaxy S24’s One UI 7 Beta 4 is now available in Germany, Poland, the United Kingdom, and the USA, which can be identified with the ZYBA version number.
While the software measures a huge package of 1.4GB, it proves to be a significant update that brought about some relevant bug fixes and improvements. But, most prominently, the key highlight of the update is that it brings two features, namely AI Filters that allow users to apply filters not only when capturing photos and recording videos but also permitting them to select and apply filters to a picture that’s chosen from the Gallery
At the same time, another key addition is Samsung Log. Although this feature is currently only exclusive to Galaxy S25 series, Samsung brought it with One UI 7 Beta 4, and is currently only limited to Galaxy S24 Ultra owners. The Log video format allows users to capture a wider dynamic range for more flexibility when editing. However, the Log format videos look extremely flat and grey unless their colors are corrected in Gallery.
Additionally, the latest beta incorporates numerous significant fixes for UI errors related to the lock screen and AOD, the quick panel UI, the grouping alarm error, stuttering when releasing the fingerprint reader, and the disappearance of the top bar from the home screen. Now that Samsung Galaxy S24 series owners are busy testing the One UI 7 Beta 4 version on their devices, the company has yet to provide a timeline for when it’s going to start a stable OneUI 7 rollout for older flagship devices.
