Samsung is gradually shedding light on the One UI 7 release progress plans and seems to be shifting its gears to deliver the stable version of its latest Android 15-based software skin to the Galaxy fans as soon as possible.
While the recently surfaced One UI 8 internal test build curated some sort of curiosity in the user’s mind, here’s everything regarding the new One UI 7 build in case you missed it!
Samsung One UI 7 Update running on these devices
Let’s begin from the beginning! Samsung began the One UI 7 journey by delivering beta builds for the Galaxy S24 series owners, while so far the users have received four beta builds including three hotfix updates of 4th beta as well.
Since the S24 users have been testing One UI 7 beta for a long time, Samsung announced the expansion of the beta build to more Galaxy devices and until now, Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Flip 6 owners are also testing One UI 7 beta in a few selected regions including India, South Korea, the UK and the US.

One UI 7 Enhancements and features
Well, the latest (expanded) One UI 7 beta update is currently available for Galaxy 6th gen foldable that brought about a significant yet slightly changed changelog, which differs from that of the S24’s. The version comes with exciting visual enhancements as well as more upgraded personalizations, adds productivity and security features, integrates a few Galaxy AI features, and more relevant improvements for the overall system behavior and functionality.

Lastly, Samsung has already mentioned that the One UI 7 beta build will be expanded to additional Galaxy devices from older generations within March, the company has also clarified that the stable Android 15-based One UI 7 update rollout is set to begin in April, hinting to reach to more eligible Galaxy devices before 2nd Quarter ends.
