Samsung is rolling out the March 2025 security patch for the Galaxy S24 in the US for unlocked and locked devices. The latest update is coming with the firmware version number S92xU1UES4AYB3 and S92xUSQS4AYB5 respectively. The update is also live for the beta users with the latest One UI 7 beta 5 update.

According to the information, the latest update for the Galaxy S24 in the US only brings the March 2025 security patch and the changelog says it will improve the security, which indicates that the update is limited to enhancing the security of the devices.

However, sometimes, the update also fixes some issues internally and eradicates the bugs which makes the devices enhance the performance and stability, so if you want more stability and enhanced performance, you just need to keep the phone updated.

How to Install

If you are using the Galaxy S24 in the US on the locked or unlocked units, you should get a notification about the update’s availability. At the same time, you can also check for the update from the software update menu via system settings.

Samsung has launched the Galaxy S24 device last year, the smartphone came with One UI 6 preinstalled based on Android 14, now it is running on Android 15 for those who participated on the Beta program and soon it will be available for all users.
