The Samsung Galaxy S26 series is supposed to go official in early 2026, and the Ultra variant of the lineup could be the last Galaxy device with S Pen integration.
Earlier this year, Samsung launched the Galaxy S25 series, and the Ultra variant, Galaxy S25 Ultra, has an S Pen but lacks a convenient Bluetooth feature. A few days back, it was confirmed that Samsung would bring S Pen availability to the upcoming Galaxy S26 Ultra.
Now, a tipster, PandaFlash, on X shared a text post claiming that the future Ultra could be the last device to have a built-in S-Pen. This means that Samsung is planning to debut the Galaxy S26 Ultra as the last smartphone that will have built-in S-Pen integration.
A few weeks back, it was reported that Galaxy S25 Ultra’s S Pen doesn’t work well with certain accessories; for instance, after putting a fiber bone case with MagSafe support, the phone flashes a notification saying, “Magnetic accessories can interfere with your S Pen. The magnets in accessories can interfere with the signals your S Pen sends to your phone. They may cause your S Pen to not write correctly or cause Air commands to occur unintentionally.”
However, Samsung has not released any official statement regarding this report yet, so it will be interesting to see whether this report will come true
