Samsung paused the stable One UI 7 rollout due to a bug; as the report says

Samsung stepped back from the One UI 7 stable rollout after releasing the update for selected devices in a few countries due to a serious bug.

Initially, Samsung introduced the stable Android 15-based One UI 7 software version on the Galaxy S25 series. Last month, the company announced that it is all set to expand the latest software update to its older Galaxy devices and revealed the roadmap for different regions.

As per the announcement, the Korean tech giant began the Android 15-based One UI 7 update expansion on April 7 for its most recent flagship smartphones. However, after a week, the company paused the One UI 7 rollout for users to avoid the serious bug.

A reliable tispter, IceUniverse, shared a text post on X, claiming that the company has stopped the One UI 7 rollout due to a serious bug found in the recently released stable build for Galaxy S24 smartphones, which led to this intentional pause.

According to the official One UI 7 roadmap, Samsung was supposed to expand the One UI 7 update on 14 April in Vietnam and other regions, however, it’s not the case anymore since the company has paused the rollout, as the report says.

Although Samsung has yet to release any official statement regarding this report, it will be interesting to see exactly what happens next and when the company will proceed with the rollout.
