Samsung could exchange ‘FE’ with ‘Core’ for the coming budget Galaxy Buds

Samsung is anticipated to debut its next affordable buds under the brand new title ‘Core’ instead of ‘FE’, as the FCC filing revealed.
Samsung is gearing up to launch its next-generation affordable truly wireless Galaxy Buds FE 2, which are anticipated to be named the Galaxy Buds Core. It is being speculated by the recent FCC filing for the model number SM-R410, which stands out as a trademark Samsung filed earlier this year. This recent FCC filing suggests that Samsung is looking forward to changing the exchange of the title of its series FE (Fan Edition) with the new title ‘Core.’
The Core word hints that these earbuds will offer only the most essential features, and to make it more affordable, the company may remove additional functionalities such as active noise cancellation (ANC). That means the Galaxy Buds Core could be a simpler, more affordable choice.
It’s expected that Samsung could not launch the Galaxy Buds Core worldwide right away, since the trademark is registered only in the selected regions, including India, Brazil, Indonesia, Mexico, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Turkiye, Egypt, and Russia.
Recently, the Galaxy Buds FE 2 have been spotted online on the BIS certification; however, the listing only confirms the existence of the buds and does not reveal more details. Since Samsung has yet to release any official statement regarding the new name ‘Core’ for the coming Galaxy Buds FE 2, it remains to be seen whether this report will come into existence.
