It means you can only set up to 100 at a time, and to add more, you have to remove the previous ones.
According to the information, the limit of 100 alarms is spotted in the Galaxy S24 Ultra, so we can say that it could be applied to other Galaxy devices as well, including the new ones like the Galaxy S25 Ultra.
It is worth noticing that previously the limit was set on up to 50 alarms for the Galaxy devices, which now doubled.
