One UI 8 Watch to enhance Watch faces and extend battery with these features

Samsung’s Galaxy smartwatches are probably set to enter into an all-new era of bigger battery enhancements and customisations with the newly rumoured One UI 8 Watch build that is going to replace the One UI 6.5 Watch and even One UI 7 Watch versions, beginning with the upcoming Galaxy Watch 8 series.

Meanwhile, a few reports, sourced by Android Authority, reveal that they have recently discovered a few string codes, where the first report suggests that various new and customizable watch faces are supposed to make their way to the Galaxy watches with the One UI 8 Watch build.

Basically, the codes mention that it appears like this time around, with One UI 8 Watch, users will be able to save two or more watch faces as their preferred one and can randomly choose which one to apply at the main active screen.

This may eventually offer a more intuitive experience to the users, while also recommending new watch faces based on those favourites.

Another report asserted that Samsung’s rumoured One UI 8 Watch version seems to significantly introduce a big enhancement within the battery section, which is sadly a major setback of the Galaxy watches. The string code reveals that Samsung could be working on adding a new battery-extension feature in the Galaxy watches with its next version of One UI Watch.

The new battery feature will apparently focus on applying the limitations on charging when the watch is charged to a certain percentage. This sounds more or less similar to what is seen in smartphones to prevent battery degradation and offer a more efficient charging limit.

However, it’s still to be known when Samsung is going to implement both the useful features within its Galaxy watches. Hopefully, this could happen as soon as One UI 8 Watch arrives.
