Samsung DeX Gets Full-Screen Switching with One UI 8 Beta 4

Samsung is running the One UI 8 beta program for the Galaxy S25 series devices. Earlier, the company had already introduced three beta updates for the devices; now it is serving the fourth one. With this beta update, it has primarily brought fixes for the earlier-appearing bugs; however, there is one new feature in DeX that has also been added to smooth the functionality.
You can switch to full screen on Samsung DeX easily
Earlier, when you switched to full screen in DeX while playing videos, it made the taskbar and app header stay. But now with the beta 4, it is making sure that users will get the full experience of full screen while playing video without any interruption.
Apart from these, the update has also added a new IMS service emergency feature, which supports high-quality voice, video, and enhanced chat services on Galaxy devices.
Meanwhile, the beta update also brings a bunch of fixes to tackle the issues in several functionalities like Bixby, the lock screen, the Gallery app, the fingerprint sensor, the rear camera, and more.
The One UI 8 beta 4 for the Galaxy S25 series is already available in all countries except Poland. If you are also using the device in any of the countries, then you should start getting a new update notification on your device. Or you can also check it manually by going to the software update option in settings.
