Samsung remains right at the top position when it comes to delivering the latest update not only for its Galaxy devices but also for its apps and services. Meanwhile, the company is rolling out a new update for the Samsung Internet Browser Beta for a more efficient experience and functionality.
Samsung Internet Browser, a dedicated web browsing application that offers perfect browsing with certain essential features, while also protecting users’ privacy and security with features like Smart Anti-tracking and Smart Protection.
The newest update for the Samsung Internet Browser Beta has been identified with the version v29.0.0.27 and is now available to download via the Galaxy Store.
More specifically, the changelog lists a significant ability that will now allow users to automatically close all the unused tabs using AI capabilities. Also, users can easily enable the Auto Close Unused Tab feature in the Settings menu to automatically close the tabs that haven’t been used for a certain period of time.
At the same time, the update also adds a new and upgraded Grid View mode for the Tab Manager section. This is basically a multi-column layout applied for easier tab navigation, scroll animations, and more intuitive tab management. Other than that, there are no major visual changes, and thus, it’s indeed possible that Samsung has offered a bunch of crucial bug fixes and other improvements that eventually lead to a smooth and stable user experience.
In addition, the newly added functions will, of course, be making their way to the stable version of the Samsung Internet Browser app right after they are tested via the beta version.
