Galaxy S25 to Receive Two Big Features in Upcoming One UI 8 Beta

Samsung’s One UI 8, its next-generation major OS designed for the Galaxy ecosystem, is currently the talk of the town! With the company already appearing to be testing another One UI 8 beta for the Galaxy S25 family, another leak adds an interesting turn in the story!

Impressively, Samsung is progressing well with One UI 8, and it looks like the version will attain its stability phase on or before the right timeline, perhaps due to adopting Google’s Trunk Stable development model.

At the same time, a previous leak suggested that Samsung is currently preparing to release yet another, One UI 8 Beta 6 for the Galaxy S25 series, before heading towards the stable release, which is scheduled for September. Meanwhile, another leak claims that the newly spotted One UI 8 beta build apparently hides two new features.

More specifically, according to the post shared by a tipster, Tarun Vats, via X, claims towards some source that the latest One UI 8 beta build (say, One UI 8 Beta 6) for the Galaxy S25 models (ZYH9) uncovers two new features, including a Read Aloud function for Now Brief, and next up is the Audio Eraser feature for the Gallery app.

Nevertheless, with the Now Brief gaining read-aloud capability, users will be able to listen to their everyday briefs more conveniently and efficiently. On the other hand, the integration of Audio Eraser within the Gallery app will certainly help users to erase unwanted portions of audio from their captured video.

With that, if this leak is to be believed, then Galaxy S25’s upcoming One UI 8 Beta 6 will bring a next-level experience while also allowing users to test out the latest features ahead of the stable release.
