Samsung just held its Q3 2025 earnings call, at which it announced that the forthcoming Galaxy S26 series will bring more advanced AI features, a new custom chip, and notable camera upgrades.
Samsung is actively working on maintaining its leading legacy in the smartphone market, for which it is considering introducing more innovative products, advanced AI features, smarter cameras, and more.
Meanwhile, now during the Q3 2025 earnings call, Daniel Araujo, Vice President of Samsung’s Mobile Experience Division, revealed several notable upcoming upgrades with the Galaxy S26 lineup and stated, the lineup will “revolutionize the user experience with user-centric, next-gen AI, a second-generation custom AP, and stronger performance, including new camera sensors.”
Araujo also confirmed that Samsung is considering powering the Galaxy S26 series with an in-house Exynos 2600 chipset at least in selected regions. This suggests that the company is once again in for a dual-chip strategy.
Apart from the Galaxy S26 lineup, it’s also revealed that the company is working on innovating the foldable lineup, and the key aim behind this is to “strengthen our product portfolio and provide new experiences to expand our customer base.”
Samsung is also considering expanding health-focused AI features in Galaxy Watches and growing its TWS lineup with new products.
